Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
OmniMindHub (the 'Service') treats your privacy as a first design principle. This policy explains what information the Service processes and how we handle cookies and advertising.
1. Core principle — your files never leave your browser
The Service's file tools (PDF, image, audio and video conversion, transcription, document analysis, and more) run 100% inside your browser (your device). The files you open are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Exception: only when you explicitly opt in to 'edge (hybrid) analysis' — because on-device processing isn't feasible — is a portion of that document's text sent temporarily to Cloudflare Workers AI for processing. This data is used only for that request and is not stored on our servers.
2. Information we process
a. Your files — as described above, processed only in your browser; we do not collect or store them.
b. Automatically collected data — access logs, browser/device information, IP address, and cookies may be generated during use, used only for operating, securing, and measuring the Service.
c. Inquiry data — if you contact us by email, we process your email address and message as needed to respond.
3. Cookies and advertising
The Service may use cookies (and similar technologies) to improve your experience and to serve ads. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.
Third-party advertising — we may use third-party ad services such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. For details on how Google handles data in advertising, see Google’s advertising policies.
4. Third-party services
The Service relies on the following third parties:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1), storage, and (with consent) edge AI processing
- Google AdSense — ad delivery and related cookies
Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to processing of your personal data. Data cached in your browser (such as AI models) can be removed directly by clearing the site's data in your browser.
